Zepto is looking for delivery partners who can reliably cover Airoli, managing pickups and drop-offs while keeping customers informed through the app. Support is available through the app if an order runs into an issue mid-delivery. Pay runs ₹30,000–₹37,000 per month.
Responsibilities
- Use GPS navigation to plan efficient routes
- Follow traffic and safety regulations at all times
- Confirm order details before leaving the pickup point
- Handle order handovers and basic payment collection where applicable
- Maintain professional, courteous communication with customers
- Report issues (wrong address, order damage, delays) promptly through the app
- Keep delivery gear and vehicle in good working condition
Eligibility Criteria
- Age 18+
- Own bike/scooter or scooty
- Smartphone with internet access
- Willingness to work flexible shifts
- Good communication
- Valid driving licence
- Two-wheeler with valid RC and insurance
