Job Description
Zepto keeps the process consistent for every order: accept, pick up, deliver, confirm. Once you have done a few, it becomes routine. In-app support is available for issues like a delayed order at dark stores, a wrong address, or a customer who cannot be reached. A delivery partner in this role can expect ₹23,000–₹29,000 per month, depending on how many shifts they work in Lucknow.
This part-time position is designed for delivery partners who need flexibility more than a full daily schedule in Lucknow.
Responsibilities
- Check that the order is sealed or packed properly before leaving dark stores
- Call the customer via the app if the address or flat number is unclear
- Follow all traffic rules and wear a helmet while riding
- Keep the app open and location on throughout the shift
- Log off in the app when you finish your shift
- Follow the delivery sequence shown in the app when carrying multiple orders
Eligibility Criteria
- PAN card
- Passport size photograph for profile verification
- Active bank account for weekly payouts
- Two-wheeler driving licence issued by the RTO
- Valid two-wheeler insurance
- Smartphone with GPS and a working data plan
- Minimum age 18 years
