Job Description
Zepto Onboarding New Grocery Delivery Partners in Khurram Nagar, Lucknow
Zepto is expanding its delivery network in Khurram Nagar and needs grocery delivery partners who can handle pickups from dark stores across the area.
The Grocery Delivery Partner Role at Zepto
Each shift follows the same loop: reach the pickup point, collect the order, deliver it, and mark it complete in the app before the next one comes in. Because the zone around dark stores in Khurram Nagar is small, grocery delivery partners rarely ride far from the store during a shift. The position pays ₹20,000–₹25,000 a month, with earnings tracked in the app and transferred every week.
Part-time grocery delivery partners typically log shorter shifts, often during peak windows, which keeps the work efficient.
Responsibilities
- Keep the app open and location on throughout the shift
- Ensure the correct order goes to the correct customer on every trip
- Confirm order details in the app before leaving the pickup point
- Complete deliveries in the order assigned by the app
- Follow the delivery sequence shown in the app when carrying multiple orders
- Call the customer via the app if the address or flat number is unclear
- Keep your two-wheeler ready for back to back orders during evening peaks
Eligibility Criteria
- Address proof
- Own two-wheeler (bike or scooter)
- Two-wheeler driving licence issued by the RTO
- Valid two-wheeler insurance
- Smartphone with GPS and a working data plan
