Part-Time Delivery Partner Openings: Zepto in IIM, Lucknow
Zepto is expanding its delivery partner team in IIM to keep up with growing order volume across Lucknow. New partners are being onboarded on a rolling basis.
The Delivery Partner Role at Zepto
Zepto assigns orders based on your location, so most pickups from dark stores in IIM are only a short ride away. Some orders involve cash on delivery, which you collect and record in the app before moving to the next pickup. The role offers ₹21,000–₹28,000 per month, and Zepto settles the amount weekly so you are not waiting on a monthly cycle.
This is a part-time opening, ideal for students, job seekers, or anyone fitting work around another commitment in IIM.
Responsibilities
- Treat staff at dark stores and customers with courtesy
- Follow the customer's delivery instructions in the app
- Log deliveries as complete only after the customer has received the order
- Keep the delivery bag clean and free of spills
- Keep orders away from direct sun or rain during the ride
- Handle cold or hot items so they stay in good condition until delivery
- Collect cash on delivery where applicable and record it in the app
- Communicate politely with customers at handover
Eligibility Criteria
- Working mobile number for OTP verification
- Android smartphone with an active internet connection
- PAN card
- Two-wheeler driving licence issued by the RTO
- Vehicle documents (RC and insurance) in valid condition
- Valid two-wheeler insurance
- Passport size photograph for profile verification
