Key Responsibilities
- Navigate the streets of Lucknow efficiently, using your own bike or scooter to pick up orders from Swiggy Instamart hubs.
- Ensure timely delivery of grocery orders while maintaining product quality and temperature control.
- Utilise a 4G smartphone to receive order notifications, update delivery status, and communicate with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, receipts, and any customer feedback.
- Adhere to all traffic regulations and Swiggy Instamart safety guidelines, including the use of helmets and protective gear.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing queries, handling complaints, and ensuring a positive delivery experience.
- Report any operational issues, vehicle maintenance needs, or route challenges to the regional supervisor promptly.
