Many also qualify for performance bonuses once they build up a delivery history, and the flexible shift system means you can work around other commitments. Over time, consistent delivery partners in Eldeco tend to build a reliable weekly income rather than relying on one-off orders.
Eldeco is one of several active Swiggy delivery zones in Lucknow, with openings added as local demand grows. That growth is one reason Swiggy keeps hiring delivery partners in the area.
