Swiggy Instamart's Aishbagh operation runs on a network of delivery executives who handle pickups from local dark stores and drop-offs to customers across the area. Routes stay concentrated in the immediate area, so you won't be crossing the city for a single order. Pay runs ₹26,000–₹34,000 per month.
Responsibilities
- Use GPS navigation to plan efficient routes
- Report issues (wrong address, order damage, delays) promptly through the app
- Maintain professional, courteous communication with customers
- Keep the delivery app updated with real-time order status
- Keep delivery gear and vehicle in good working condition
- Confirm order details before leaving the pickup point
- Handle order handovers and basic payment collection where applicable
Eligibility Criteria
- Good communication
- Smartphone with internet access
- Aadhar card
- Valid driving licence
- Willingness to work flexible shifts
- Age 18+
- Basic knowledge of local routes
On top of the base earnings, Swiggy Instamart sweetens the deal with joining incentives and ongoing performance bonuses for consistent delivery executives. The more reliably you show up for shifts, the more these add-ons tend to add up over a month.
Coverage for this role stays within Aishbagh and nearby areas of Lucknow, so most delivery executives aren't traveling far between orders. That keeps fuel costs and travel time relatively low over a full shift.
Don't wait. Swiggy Instamart is onboarding delivery executives in Aishbagh right now.
