What You Will Be Doing
Pickups take place at restaurants across VIP Road, and the app confirms each collection before guiding you to the customer. Orders with drinks, soups, or gravies need extra attention while riding so nothing spills before the handover. Monthly earnings with Swiggy in VIP Road are in the ₹20,000–₹25,000 range for delivery boys who log consistent hours.
As a part-time delivery boy, you decide how many hours to give each week, and your earnings scale with that.
Responsibilities
- Ride at a safe speed, especially in residential lanes
- Deliver during the committed time slot shown to the customer
- Park responsibly at pickup and drop off points
- Follow the customer's delivery instructions in the app
- Mark each delivery complete in the app after handover
- Follow basic food hygiene practices while handling orders
- Check that the order is sealed or packed properly before leaving restaurants
- Keep the order upright and stable during the ride
Eligibility Criteria
- Working mobile number for OTP verification
- PAN card
- Android smartphone with an active internet connection
- Valid two-wheeler insurance
- Two-wheeler driving licence issued by the RTO
