Job Description
Hiring Now: Swiggy Delivery Partner in Uniworld City, Kolkata
Swiggy is one of the most recognized names for delivery partner work in Kolkata, and it's actively hiring in Uniworld City this month.
This is hands-on, on-the-ground work: delivery partners pick up from designated points in Uniworld City and deliver directly to customers, guided by the Swiggy app's navigation. It suits anyone who prefers being out and about over sitting at a desk all day. Pay runs ₹38,000–₹45,000 per month.
Responsibilities
- Keep the delivery app updated with real-time order status
- Pick up orders from designated restaurants promptly
- Use GPS navigation to plan efficient routes
- Keep delivery gear and vehicle in good working condition
- Report issues (wrong address, order damage, delays) promptly through the app
- Confirm order details before leaving the pickup point
- Handle order handovers and basic payment collection where applicable
Eligibility Criteria
- Two-wheeler with valid RC and insurance
- Smartphone with internet access
- Basic knowledge of local routes
- Age 18+
- Valid driving licence
On top of the base earnings, Swiggy sweetens the deal with joining incentives and ongoing performance bonuses for consistent delivery partners. The more reliably you show up for shifts, the more these add-ons tend to add up over a month.
Deliveries under this role are concentrated in Uniworld City and adjoining residential and commercial pockets of Kolkata. Staying local also means less time spent navigating unfamiliar routes.
Interested applicants can apply directly through the Swiggy app or website.
