Zomato runs a busy food delivery operation in Rasapunja, and it is looking for delivery boys who can keep food orders moving from pickup to doorstep.
You will work independently, without a supervisor riding along. The Zomato app handles assignments, directions and customer contact, while a support team is available in the app if an address is wrong or an order has a problem. Food orders are best delivered hot, so riders are encouraged to head out as soon as the restaurant hands over the bag. The full time format works well if this will be your main source of work. Riders in this role can earn ₹33,000–₹41,000 per month, based on how active they are.
Your Role
- Keep the partner app current so customers can track their order
- Be courteous with customers and store staff
- Flag wrong addresses or damaged items through the app
- Pick up packed orders from nearby restaurants without delay
- Deliver meals while they are still warm
