Working as a delivery boy for Zepto means covering Kasba and nearby parts of Kolkata, picking up and dropping off orders throughout your shift using the Zepto app. Order volume tends to pick up during peak meal and shopping hours, which is when most delivery boys earn the most. Pay runs ₹33,000–₹42,000 per month.
Responsibilities
- Keep delivery gear and vehicle in good working condition
- Deliver orders safely within committed timelines
- Follow traffic and safety regulations at all times
- Report issues (wrong address, order damage, delays) promptly through the app
- Keep the delivery app updated with real-time order status
- Confirm order details before leaving the pickup point
- Pick up orders from designated dark stores promptly
Eligibility Criteria
- Valid driving licence
- Own bike/scooter or scooty
- PAN card
- Aadhar card
- Age 18+
