Zomato's Garfa operation runs on a network of delivery boys who handle pickups from local restaurants and drop-offs to customers across the area. Routes stay concentrated in the immediate area, so you won't be crossing the city for a single order. Pay runs ₹23,000–₹33,000 per month.
Responsibilities
- Keep the delivery app updated with real-time order status
- Confirm order details before leaving the pickup point
- Maintain professional, courteous communication with customers
- Handle order handovers and basic payment collection where applicable
- Use GPS navigation to plan efficient routes
- Keep delivery gear and vehicle in good working condition
- Pick up orders from designated restaurants promptly
Eligibility Criteria
- Age 18+
- Two-wheeler with valid RC and insurance
- PAN card
- Own bike/scooter or scooty
- Valid driving licence
