Zepto is scaling up its EM Bypass operations and needs dependable delivery associates who can work independently, manage their own route, and deliver a good customer experience on every order. New hires typically start taking orders within a few days of completing onboarding. Pay runs ₹20,000–₹26,000 per month.
Responsibilities
- Follow traffic and safety regulations at all times
- Report issues (wrong address, order damage, delays) promptly through the app
- Keep delivery gear and vehicle in good working condition
- Handle order handovers and basic payment collection where applicable
- Use GPS navigation to plan efficient routes
- Confirm order details before leaving the pickup point
- Keep the delivery app updated with real-time order status
Eligibility Criteria
- Good communication
- Own bike/scooter or scooty
- Willingness to work flexible shifts
- Smartphone with internet access
- Valid driving licence
