About the Delivery Rider Role
From collecting the order at dark stores to the handover at the door, the Blinkit app guides each step of a grocery delivery. Logging in during peak windows in EM Bypass is optional, but it is when most delivery riders complete the most deliveries. Delivery riders in EM Bypass can earn ₹21,000–₹27,000 per month with Blinkit, with incentives during busy periods pushing the total higher.
As a part-time delivery rider, you decide how many hours to give each week, and your earnings scale with that.
Responsibilities
- Deliver orders without opening or tampering with the packaging
- Reach the pickup point within the time shown in the app
- Stay within the assigned delivery zone during a shift
- Handle bags carefully so nothing leaks or tips over
- Ride safely on short routes, especially in residential lanes
- Double check the drop address in the app before starting the ride
Eligibility Criteria
- PAN card
- Valid two-wheeler insurance
- Bank account details (account number and IFSC)
- Own two-wheeler (bike or scooter)
- Two-wheeler driving licence issued by the RTO
- Android smartphone with an active internet connection
- Working mobile number for OTP verification
