Zepto needs more delivery partners in MG Road Kochi to keep up with growing demand, and openings are available immediately.
This role covers Zepto's MG Road Kochi delivery zone in Kochi. You'll be responsible for timely pickup and drop-off, maintaining good customer interactions, and following safe riding practices throughout your shift. Shifts are flexible, so you can log in and out through the app whenever it suits your schedule. Pay runs ₹30,000–₹40,000 per month.
Responsibilities
- Pick up orders from designated dark stores promptly
- Use GPS navigation to plan efficient routes
- Handle order handovers and basic payment collection where applicable
- Report issues (wrong address, order damage, delays) promptly through the app
- Deliver orders safely within committed timelines
Eligibility Criteria
- Own bike/scooter or scooty
- Aadhar card
- Valid driving licence
- Good communication
- Two-wheeler with valid RC and insurance
- Smartphone with internet access
