Role Summary
Each order starts at one of the restaurants in Maradu: confirm the order ID with staff, pack it into your insulated bag, and ride to the customer. In-app support is available for issues like a delayed order at restaurants, a wrong address, or a customer who cannot be reached. Monthly earnings for this role typically fall in the ₹24,000–₹30,000 range, depending on how many hours you work and how busy Maradu is.

Responsibilities
- Be courteous to restaurant staff and customers on every order
- Keep the app updated at restaurant pickup and at customer drop off
- Keep the vehicle documents and licence with you while on duty
- Stay within the assigned delivery zone during a shift
- Hand over the meal politely and confirm delivery in the app
- Deliver meals within the time shown to the customer in the app
- Confirm payment status in the app before leaving the customer

- Working mobile number for OTP verification
- Passport size photograph for profile verification
- PAN card
- Two-wheeler with valid registration certificate (RC)
- Two-wheeler driving licence issued by the RTO
