Zomato is Expanding Its Delivery Rider Team in Cheranallur

You'll spend most of your shift moving through Cheranallur and surrounding parts of Kochi, handling one order at a time and keeping the Zomato app updated as you go. Most delivery riders find they can complete a good number of orders in a single shift once they know the local streets. Pay runs ₹28,000–₹39,000 per month.
Responsibilities
- Follow traffic and safety regulations at all times
- Keep the delivery app updated with real-time order status
- Report issues (wrong address, order damage, delays) promptly through the app
- Confirm order details before leaving the pickup point
- Deliver orders safely within committed timelines
- Use GPS navigation to plan efficient routes
- Maintain professional, courteous communication with customers
Eligibility Criteria
- Age 18+
- Own bike/scooter or scooty
- PAN card
- Good communication
- Smartphone with internet access
- Two-wheeler with valid RC and insurance
- Basic knowledge of local routes
