This role covers Swiggy Instamart's Tilak Nagar delivery zone in Jaipur. You'll be responsible for timely pickup and drop-off, maintaining good customer interactions, and following safe riding practices throughout your shift. Shifts are flexible, so you can log in and out through the app whenever it suits your schedule. Pay runs ₹27,000–₹37,000 per month.
Responsibilities
- Handle order handovers and basic payment collection where applicable
- Keep the delivery app updated with real-time order status
- Use GPS navigation to plan efficient routes
- Report issues (wrong address, order damage, delays) promptly through the app
- Pick up orders from designated dark stores promptly
Eligibility Criteria
- PAN card
- Valid driving licence
- Willingness to work flexible shifts
- Age 18+
- Own bike/scooter or scooty
- Smartphone with internet access
