Zepto is looking for delivery boys who can reliably cover Panchyawala, managing pickups and drop-offs while keeping customers informed through the app. Support is available through the app if an order runs into an issue mid-delivery. Pay runs ₹38,000–₹45,000 per month.
Responsibilities
- Report issues (wrong address, order damage, delays) promptly through the app
- Handle order handovers and basic payment collection where applicable
- Confirm order details before leaving the pickup point
- Keep the delivery app updated with real-time order status
- Deliver orders safely within committed timelines
- Follow traffic and safety regulations at all times
- Use GPS navigation to plan efficient routes
Eligibility Criteria
- Good communication
- Two-wheeler with valid RC and insurance
- Basic knowledge of local routes
- Own bike/scooter or scooty
- Willingness to work flexible shifts
- Smartphone with internet access
- Valid driving licence
