Zepto is scaling up its Jawahar Circle operations and needs dependable delivery partners who can work independently, manage their own route, and deliver a good customer experience on every order. New hires typically start taking orders within a few days of completing onboarding. Pay runs ₹27,000–₹35,000 per month.
Responsibilities
- Maintain professional, courteous communication with customers
- Keep the delivery app updated with real-time order status
- Pick up orders from designated dark stores promptly
- Follow traffic and safety regulations at all times
- Report issues (wrong address, order damage, delays) promptly through the app
- Use GPS navigation to plan efficient routes
- Handle order handovers and basic payment collection where applicable
Eligibility Criteria
- Own bike/scooter or scooty
- Basic knowledge of local routes
- Willingness to work flexible shifts
- PAN card
- Good communication
