This role covers Zomato's Durgapura delivery zone in Jaipur. You'll be responsible for timely pickup and drop-off, maintaining good customer interactions, and following safe riding practices throughout your shift. Shifts are flexible, so you can log in and out through the app whenever it suits your schedule. Pay runs ₹29,000–₹36,000 per month.
Responsibilities
- Pick up orders from designated restaurants promptly
- Use GPS navigation to plan efficient routes
- Maintain professional, courteous communication with customers
- Deliver orders safely within committed timelines
- Keep the delivery app updated with real-time order status
- Handle order handovers and basic payment collection where applicable
Eligibility Criteria
- Smartphone with internet access
- Two-wheeler with valid RC and insurance
- Own bike/scooter or scooty
- Aadhar card
- Basic knowledge of local routes
- Good communication
