Responsibilities
- Help the passenger with small bags or items when needed
- Stay within your usual service area to keep pickups quick
- Keep the pillion seat and footrests clean and usable
- Handle payments only through the methods shown in the app
- Use the app's navigation rather than guessing the route
- Follow instructions from traffic police and road signs
- Confirm the drop location with the passenger if the app shows an unclear address
