Role Summary
As a delivery rider for Swiggy Instamart in Ring Road, you pick up orders from nearby dark stores and deliver them to customers across Ring Road and the surrounding Indore area. Peak evening hours in Ring Road can mean back to back orders from dark stores, with quieter windows in the afternoon. Monthly pay sits in the ₹30,000–₹38,000 band for delivery riders in Ring Road, with weekly settlement and incentives on top where applicable.
This full-time position is designed for delivery riders who want their main income to come from Swiggy Instamart work in Indore.
Responsibilities
- Pick up orders from dark stores promptly once assigned
- Collect cash on delivery where applicable and record it in the app
- Keep the app open and location on throughout the shift
- Handle fragile or spill-prone orders with extra care
- Verify the order ID with staff at dark stores before collection
- Keep your phone reachable so the customer and support can contact you
Eligibility Criteria
- Vehicle documents (RC and insurance) in valid condition
- Two-wheeler driving licence issued by the RTO
- Address proof
- Working mobile number for OTP verification
- Any valid government photo ID
- Minimum age 18 years
