Working as a delivery rider for Zepto means covering Nipania and nearby parts of Indore, picking up and dropping off orders throughout your shift using the Zepto app. Order volume tends to pick up during peak meal and shopping hours, which is when most delivery riders earn the most. Pay runs ₹24,000–₹39,000 per month.
Responsibilities
- Pick up orders from designated dark stores promptly
- Report issues (wrong address, order damage, delays) promptly through the app
- Use GPS navigation to plan efficient routes
- Maintain professional, courteous communication with customers
- Keep delivery gear and vehicle in good working condition
- Deliver orders safely within committed timelines
Eligibility Criteria
- PAN card
- Good communication
- Valid driving licence
- Willingness to work flexible shifts

- Own bike/scooter or scooty
- Age 18+
