The work is hands on: collect the order, secure it in your delivery bag, ride to the customer, and complete the handover politely. First time delivery boys get a short in-app training on order handling and safety before their first shift. Responsibilities
- Deliver every order to the correct address within the expected time
- Communicate politely with customers at handover
- Keep the vehicle documents and licence with you while on duty
- Confirm the customer's name or order number at handover
- Follow the customer's delivery instructions in the app
- Check that the order is sealed or packed properly before leaving dark stores
- Handle cold or hot items so they stay in good condition until delivery
- Carry the order up stairs or lifts when required
Eligibility Criteria
- Active bank account for weekly payouts
- Age 18 or above
- Passport size photograph for profile verification
- Own two-wheeler (bike or scooter)
- PAN card
- Working mobile number for OTP verification
- Two-wheeler with valid registration certificate (RC)
