Job Description
Ride with Zepto as a Delivery Boy in Punjagutta
Punjagutta is one of the areas where Zepto is actively adding delivery boys. Apply through the partner app to join the local team.
The Delivery Boy Role at Zepto
From collecting the order at dark stores to the handover at the door, the Zepto app guides each step of a grocery delivery. Handling orders carefully and delivering on time is what customers notice most, and it is what Zepto tracks. Income for delivery boys here is around ₹22,000–₹27,000 per month, and it scales with the number of hours you put in.
The part-time nature of this role means flexible, shorter shifts in Punjagutta rather than full working days.
Responsibilities
- Keep the app open and location on throughout the shift
- Handle fragile items such as glass bottles and jars with care
- Be courteous to store staff and customers on every trip
- Keep your two-wheeler ready for back to back orders during evening peaks
- Return undeliverable orders to dark stores as per the app's instructions
- Deliver during the committed time slot shown to the customer
- Park responsibly at pickup and drop off points
Eligibility Criteria
- Aadhaar card
- Active bank account for weekly payouts
- Working mobile number for OTP verification
- Vehicle documents (RC and insurance) in valid condition
- Age 18 or above
Earnings and Benefits
Zepto supplies the delivery bag and t-shirt, so there is nothing to buy before your first shift in Punjagutta. In some cities Zepto offers a joining bonus once new partners complete a set number of early orders, so check the app for what applies in Hyderabad.
