Zepto is scaling up its Peerzadiguda operations and needs dependable delivery riders who can work independently, manage their own route, and deliver a good customer experience on every order. New hires typically start taking orders within a few days of completing onboarding. Pay runs ₹27,000–₹33,000 per month.
Responsibilities
- Follow traffic and safety regulations at all times
- Deliver orders safely within committed timelines
- Report issues (wrong address, order damage, delays) promptly through the app
- Pick up orders from designated dark stores promptly
- Handle order handovers and basic payment collection where applicable
- Maintain professional, courteous communication with customers
- Keep the delivery app updated with real-time order status
Eligibility Criteria
- Good communication
- Basic knowledge of local routes
- Valid driving licence
- Smartphone with internet access
- Two-wheeler with valid RC and insurance
