You'll spend most of your shift moving through HITEC City and surrounding parts of Hyderabad, handling one order at a time and keeping the Zomato app updated as you go. Most delivery boys find they can complete a good number of orders in a single shift once they know the local streets. Pay runs ₹27,000–₹37,000 per month.
Responsibilities
- Maintain professional, courteous communication with customers
- Confirm order details before leaving the pickup point
- Report issues (wrong address, order damage, delays) promptly through the app
- Keep the delivery app updated with real-time order status
- Use GPS navigation to plan efficient routes
- Handle order handovers and basic payment collection where applicable
Eligibility Criteria
- Willingness to work flexible shifts
- Two-wheeler with valid RC and insurance
- Valid driving licence
- Basic knowledge of local routes
- Age 18+
