As a delivery rider, your job is to keep the Zepto supply chain moving in Gundlapochampally: pick up promptly, deliver on time, and maintain good communication with customers along the way. The role rewards consistency, showing up for regular shifts tends to translate directly into steadier weekly earnings. Pay runs ₹32,000–₹38,000 per month.
Responsibilities
- Deliver orders safely within committed timelines
- Keep the delivery app updated with real-time order status
- Maintain professional, courteous communication with customers
- Handle order handovers and basic payment collection where applicable
- Report issues (wrong address, order damage, delays) promptly through the app
- Confirm order details before leaving the pickup point
Eligibility Criteria
- Good communication
- Valid driving licence
- Basic knowledge of local routes
- Aadhar card
- Own bike/scooter or scooty
- PAN card
