Every trip on a Zepto shift starts at one of the dark stores in ECIL and ends a short ride away at a customer's door.
Role Summary
Quick commerce orders are time sensitive, so the Zepto app shows the expected delivery time and routes you the fastest safe way. You will be the face of Zepto at the customer's door, so a courteous, professional manner is part of the job. Earnings for this role are estimated at ₹20,000–₹24,000 per month; the more consistently you work, the closer you get to the top of the range.
Part-time here means you choose a few hours a day or a few days a week, with no expectation of full-time availability.
Responsibilities
- Deliver orders within the quick delivery window shown in the app
- Inform support through the app if dark stores are running behind on packing
- Respect building and society rules when delivering inside gated premises
- Maintain the delivery bag in clean, usable condition
- Follow the customer's delivery instructions in the app
- Follow the delivery sequence in the app when carrying more than one order

Eligibility Criteria
- Valid two-wheeler insurance
- Minimum age 18 years
- Two-wheeler with valid registration certificate (RC)
- PAN card
- Own bike or scooter for deliveries
- Passport size photograph for profile verification
- Smartphone with GPS and a working data plan
