You decide when to go online. Log in through the Swiggy Instamart app when you are ready to take requests, and log out when you are done for the day, with no fixed roster to follow. Your Daily Work
- Keep quick grocery runs moving through peak hours
- Call the customer if a gate, floor or landmark is unclear
- Ride safely and follow local traffic laws
- Settle any cash collected as per company process
- Check the order ID and item count before leaving the store
- Hand over orders to customers in good condition
- Protect orders from rain, heat and spills
Basic Requirements
- Two-wheeler with valid RC and insurance
- Basic knowledge of local routes
- Comfortable using map and navigation apps
- Good communication
- Valid driving licence
- Willingness to work flexible shifts
- Own bike/scooter or scooty
Onboarding is largely digital: upload your documents, finish a short training in the app and you can start taking trips once verification clears.
Knowing Cherlapally well is an advantage here, since most requests come from within the area and nearby parts of Hyderabad.
