You'll spend most of your shift moving through Borabanda and surrounding parts of Hyderabad, handling one order at a time and keeping the Zomato app updated as you go. Responsibilities
- Pick up orders from designated restaurants promptly
- Maintain professional, courteous communication with customers
- Report issues (wrong address, order damage, delays) promptly through the app
- Confirm order details before leaving the pickup point
- Handle order handovers and basic payment collection where applicable
- Keep the delivery app updated with real-time order status
Eligibility Criteria
- Valid driving licence
- Two-wheeler with valid RC and insurance
