You'll spend most of your shift moving through Balapur and surrounding parts of Hyderabad, handling one order at a time and keeping the Swiggy Instamart app updated as you go. Most delivery partners find they can complete a good number of orders in a single shift once they know the local streets. Pay runs ₹28,000–₹36,000 per month.
Responsibilities
- Report issues (wrong address, order damage, delays) promptly through the app
- Follow traffic and safety regulations at all times
- Keep the delivery app updated with real-time order status
- Maintain professional, courteous communication with customers
- Deliver orders safely within committed timelines
- Handle order handovers and basic payment collection where applicable
Eligibility Criteria
- PAN card
- Smartphone with internet access
- Valid driving licence
- Willingness to work flexible shifts
- Age 18+
- Basic knowledge of local routes
