What You Will Be Doing
You confirm each order in the app, collect it from restaurants, and hand it over at the customer's address, keeping the status updated as you go. No prior food delivery experience is needed; Zomato's in-app training covers order handling, hygiene basics, and safe riding. Pay for this position is ₹30,000–₹38,000 per month, based on the volume of work you complete in Bairaghiguda.
Because this is a full-time opening, Zomato is looking for delivery riders who can commit to regular hours across the week.
Responsibilities
- Pack multiple items so nothing tips over or leaks in the bag
- Deliver each meal promptly so it arrives fresh
- Deliver during the committed time slot shown to the customer
- Wear a helmet and follow traffic rules on every delivery
- Keep the insulated bag closed while riding to hold the temperature
- Follow the delivery sequence shown in the app when carrying multiple orders
- Avoid using the phone while riding; stop safely to check the app
- Follow the customer's delivery instructions in the app
Eligibility Criteria
- Android smartphone with an active internet connection
- Two-wheeler driving licence issued by the RTO
- Address proof
- Own bike or scooter for deliveries
- Passport size photograph for profile verification
- Working mobile number for OTP verification
- Active bank account for weekly payouts
