Job Description
Blinkit Adds Delivery Riders to Its Amberpet Team
Local knowledge of Amberpet counts for a lot in this role, which is why Blinkit prefers delivery riders who live in or near the area.
A normal day might include a dozen or more short trips around Amberpet, a few longer ones into neighbouring parts of Hyderabad, and short breaks between requests. How many trips you take is largely up to you. Dark store teams hand over orders ready to go, and the app shows exactly which bag belongs to which customer. Full time riders typically cover a longer daily shift and can plan their week around the busiest hours. Riders in this role can earn ₹23,000–₹30,000 per month, based on how active they are.
What You'll Do
- Be courteous with customers and store staff
- Collect cash payments where the order requires it
- Complete short quick commerce trips within the expected time
- Keep fragile grocery items on top and away from heavy bags
- Mark pickups and drops in the app as they happen
- Keep your availability updated in the app
- Keep your two wheeler fuelled and roadworthy
You Should Have
- Good communication
- Basic knowledge of local routes
- Two-wheeler with valid RC and insurance
- PAN card
- Comfortable using map and navigation apps
- Valid driving licence
- Willingness to work flexible shifts
Joining bonuses and performance incentives are offered from time to time, so it is worth checking the app for current programmes when you sign up.
For anyone living around Amberpet, this is local work: no long commute across Hyderabad just to start the shift.
Registration is quick and mostly online, so you can apply for this Amberpet role from your phone.
