Zomato is looking for delivery riders who can reliably cover Sushant Lok, managing pickups and drop-offs while keeping customers informed through the app. Support is available through the app if an order runs into an issue mid-delivery. Pay runs ₹28,000–₹38,000 per month.
Responsibilities
- Report issues (wrong address, order damage, delays) promptly through the app
- Deliver orders safely within committed timelines
- Keep delivery gear and vehicle in good working condition
- Use GPS navigation to plan efficient routes
- Maintain professional, courteous communication with customers
- Follow traffic and safety regulations at all times
- Handle order handovers and basic payment collection where applicable
Eligibility Criteria
- Valid driving licence
- Age 18+
- PAN card
- Own bike/scooter or scooty
- Two-wheeler with valid RC and insurance
- Good communication
- Smartphone with internet access
