Job Description
Two Wheeler? Swiggy Has Delivery Rider Work in Sector-86
Plenty of people in Sector-86 already ride for Swiggy, and the team is adding more delivery riders this month for both weekday and weekend slots.
A normal day might include a dozen or more short trips around Sector-86, a few longer ones into neighbouring parts of Gurugram, and short breaks between requests. How many trips you take is largely up to you. Food parcels should stay upright and sealed, so an insulated delivery bag is part of the kit. Part time riders often log in only for the busy lunch or evening hours. Pay for this position is estimated at ₹30,000–₹38,000 a month, depending on activity.
Key Duties
- Deliver each order safely to the customer's doorstep
- Use in-app support when something goes wrong on a trip
- Keep your availability updated in the app
- Wait at the restaurant counter until the order is ready
- Look after your bike and delivery bag
- Check the order ID and item count before leaving the store
Basic Requirements
- Age 18+
- Smartphone with internet access
- Bank account for weekly settlements
- Two-wheeler with valid RC and insurance
- Willingness to work flexible shifts
- Own bike/scooter or scooty
Onboarding is largely digital: upload your documents, finish a short training in the app and you can start taking trips once verification clears.
Sector-86 is one of the areas in Gurugram where Swiggy regularly needs more riders, so new sign ups are welcome through the year.
Registration is quick and mostly online, so you can apply for this Sector-86 role from your phone.
