As a delivery associate, your job is to keep the Blinkit supply chain moving in Sector-76: pick up promptly, deliver on time, and maintain good communication with customers along the way. The role rewards consistency, showing up for regular shifts tends to translate directly into steadier weekly earnings. Pay runs ₹22,000–₹30,000 per month.
Responsibilities
- Report issues (wrong address, order damage, delays) promptly through the app
- Follow traffic and safety regulations at all times
- Handle order handovers and basic payment collection where applicable
- Keep delivery gear and vehicle in good working condition
- Maintain professional, courteous communication with customers
Eligibility Criteria
- Own bike/scooter or scooty
- Willingness to work flexible shifts
- Good communication
- Valid driving licence
- Aadhar card
- PAN card
- Basic knowledge of local routes
Blinkit keeps the onboarding process digital and largely paperwork free, which matters if you want to start earning quickly in Gurugram. Most applicants can complete registration from their phone without visiting an office. Many current partners started part-time and later moved to full-time once they got comfortable with the routes.
This position covers delivery zones in and around Sector-76, Gurugram. Most shifts stay within a short radius, so travel time between orders is generally limited.
