Zepto Delivery Executive Opening in Sector-73, Gurugram
With demand for fast delivery rising in Sector-73, Zepto is expanding its delivery executive team and welcomes new applicants.
This is hands-on, on-the-ground work: delivery executives pick up from designated points in Sector-73 and deliver directly to customers, guided by the Zepto app's navigation. It suits anyone who prefers being out and about over sitting at a desk all day. Pay runs ₹24,000–₹32,000 per month.
Responsibilities
- Report issues (wrong address, order damage, delays) promptly through the app
- Maintain professional, courteous communication with customers
- Keep delivery gear and vehicle in good working condition
- Handle order handovers and basic payment collection where applicable
- Confirm order details before leaving the pickup point
- Pick up orders from designated dark stores promptly
- Deliver orders safely within committed timelines
Eligibility Criteria
- Good communication
- Basic knowledge of local routes
- PAN card
- Valid driving licence
- Willingness to work flexible shifts
- Own bike/scooter or scooty
- Two-wheeler with valid RC and insurance
On top of the base earnings, Zepto sweetens the deal with joining incentives and ongoing performance bonuses for consistent delivery executives. The more reliably you show up for shifts, the more these add-ons tend to add up over a month.
This position covers delivery zones in and around Sector-73, Gurugram. Most shifts stay within a short radius, so travel time between orders is generally limited.
