You will work independently, without a supervisor riding along. The Zepto app handles assignments, directions and customer contact, while a support team is available in the app if an address is wrong or an order has a problem. Grocery bags can be heavier than a single meal, so balancing the load on your two wheeler is part of the job. The full time format works well if this will be your main source of work. Riders in this role can earn ₹35,000–₹45,000 per month, based on how active they are.
Responsibilities
- Handle eggs, dairy and fragile items with care
- Handle cash on delivery orders carefully and honestly
- Confirm order details at pickup to avoid mix ups
- Ride safely and follow local traffic laws
- Complete short quick commerce trips within the expected time
- Complete doorstep handovers politely and on time
Eligibility
- PAN card
- Own bike/scooter or scooty
- Valid driving licence
- Age 18+
- Two-wheeler with valid RC and insurance
- Comfortable using map and navigation apps
- Aadhar card
