What You Will Be Doing
From confirming the order with restaurant staff to handing it over at the door, the Zomato app guides every step in Sector-58. Onboarding is done through the app: upload your ID, licence, and vehicle documents, complete verification, and finish the training module. This full-time role pays ₹29,000–₹36,000 per month, based on completed work and any incentives you qualify for in Gurugram.
The full-time nature of this role means more hours online and, in turn, a larger weekly settlement from Zomato.
Responsibilities
- Reach the pickup point within the time shown in the app
- Ride at a safe speed, especially in residential lanes
- Update the app if a customer asks to reschedule or cancel at the door
- Log off in the app when you finish your shift
- Collect cash on delivery where applicable and record it in the app
- Avoid using the phone while riding; stop safely to check the app
- Check that the order is sealed and complete before leaving restaurants
- Log deliveries as complete only after the customer has received the food
Eligibility Criteria
- Working mobile number for OTP verification
- Minimum age 18 years
- PAN card
- Valid two-wheeler insurance
- Valid driving licence
