Gurugram Delivery Boy Jobs: Zepto is Hiring in Sector-51
Zepto is on the lookout for reliable delivery boys to handle deliveries across Sector-51 and nearby areas. Applications are open now.
You'll spend most of your shift moving through Sector-51 and surrounding parts of Gurugram, handling one order at a time and keeping the Zepto app updated as you go. Most delivery boys find they can complete a good number of orders in a single shift once they know the local streets. Pay runs ₹20,000–₹30,000 per month.
Responsibilities
- Maintain professional, courteous communication with customers
- Follow traffic and safety regulations at all times
- Confirm order details before leaving the pickup point
- Handle order handovers and basic payment collection where applicable
- Pick up orders from designated dark stores promptly
- Report issues (wrong address, order damage, delays) promptly through the app
Eligibility Criteria
- PAN card
- Two-wheeler with valid RC and insurance
- Age 18+
- Smartphone with internet access
- Good communication
- Willingness to work flexible shifts
- Basic knowledge of local routes
