This role covers Zomato's Sector 51 delivery zone in Gurugram. You'll be responsible for timely pickup and drop-off, maintaining good customer interactions, and following safe riding practices throughout your shift. Shifts are flexible, so you can log in and out through the app whenever it suits your schedule. Pay runs ₹25,000–₹32,000 per month.
Responsibilities
- Maintain professional, courteous communication with customers
- Keep the delivery app updated with real-time order status
- Handle order handovers and basic payment collection where applicable
- Pick up orders from designated restaurants promptly
- Deliver orders safely within committed timelines
Eligibility Criteria
- Willingness to work flexible shifts
- Good communication
- Age 18+
- PAN card
- Valid driving licence
- Two-wheeler with valid RC and insurance
- Basic knowledge of local routes
