How the Delivery Boy Role Works
Food orders are time sensitive, so the Swiggy app shows the expected delivery time for each one and routes you the quickest safe way. Customers expect their meal on time and in good condition, so a prompt, polite handover matters on every order. For this position, monthly earnings are in the range of ₹23,000–₹29,000, depending on shifts worked in Sector-49.

Responsibilities
- Treat staff at restaurants and customers with courtesy
- Carry the order carefully up stairs or lifts when required
- Complete the handover politely even when the customer is delayed
- Inform support through the app if the customer is unreachable
- Respect building and society rules when delivering inside gated premises
- Log off in the app when you finish your shift
- Handle fragile or spill-prone orders with extra care

- Working mobile number for OTP verification
- PAN card
- Two-wheeler driving licence issued by the RTO
