Delivery Rider Job Details
You will usually carry one order at a time, with the app queuing the next pickup from dark stores as soon as you complete a drop. If a customer cannot be reached or an address is wrong, the app has a support flow to resolve it quickly. The earning range for this Zepto role is ₹28,000–₹35,000 per month, and consistent partners tend to land toward the upper end.

Responsibilities
- Inform support through the app if dark stores are running behind on packing
- Ensure the correct order goes to the correct customer on every trip
- Report wrong addresses, delays, or damaged orders through the app immediately
- Follow the customer's delivery instructions in the app
- Follow the app's route unless a road is closed or unsafe
- Keep your phone reachable so the customer and support can contact you
- Confirm payment status in the app before leaving the customer
Eligibility Criteria
- Any valid government photo ID
- Vehicle documents (RC and insurance) in valid condition
- Smartphone with GPS and a working data plan
- Minimum age 18 years
- Valid driving licence
- Active bank account for weekly payouts
