Every trip on a Zepto shift starts at one of the dark stores in Sector 4 and ends a short ride away at a customer's door.
Overview of the Delivery Partner Position
You will usually carry one order at a time, with the app queuing the next pickup from dark stores as soon as you complete a drop. How much you earn depends on how many deliveries you complete, so the hours you choose directly shape your weekly payout. You can expect ₹28,000–₹35,000 per month in this role, paid out in weekly instalments through the Zepto app.
The position is full-time, and Zepto expects delivery partners in Gurugram to work regular shifts through the week.
Responsibilities
- Handle cold or hot items so they stay in good condition until delivery
- Keep your two-wheeler fuelled or charged and in working condition
- Keep the delivery bag clean and free of spills
- Handle fragile or spill-prone orders with extra care
- Reach the pickup point within the time shown in the app
- Mark each delivery complete in the app after handover
- Verify the order ID with staff at dark stores before collection
Eligibility Criteria
- Active bank account for weekly payouts
- Own bike or scooter for deliveries
- Working mobile number for OTP verification
- PAN card
- Two-wheeler driving licence issued by the RTO
