Zomato's Sector-38 operation runs on a network of delivery boys who handle pickups from local restaurants and drop-offs to customers across the area. Routes stay concentrated in the immediate area, so you won't be crossing the city for a single order. Pay runs ₹28,000–₹35,000 per month.
Responsibilities
- Report issues (wrong address, order damage, delays) promptly through the app
- Keep delivery gear and vehicle in good working condition
- Maintain professional, courteous communication with customers
- Handle order handovers and basic payment collection where applicable
- Confirm order details before leaving the pickup point
- Keep the delivery app updated with real-time order status
Eligibility Criteria
- Two-wheeler with valid RC and insurance
- Basic knowledge of local routes
- Age 18+
- Smartphone with internet access
- Good communication
- Own bike/scooter or scooty
The earning potential scales with effort: put in consistent hours as a delivery boy and the weekly payouts reflect it, plus occasional surge bonuses. Zomato also runs periodic incentive programs during high-demand periods in Sector-38.
