You confirm each order in the app, collect it from restaurants, and hand it over at the customer's address, keeping the status updated as you go. Responsibilities
- Check that the order is sealed or packed properly before leaving restaurants
- Call the customer through the app if the address is hard to find
- Report any accident or breakdown through the app right away
- Keep your two-wheeler fuelled or charged and in working condition
- Wear a helmet and follow traffic rules on every delivery
- Avoid unnecessary stops between the restaurant and the customer
- Keep your two-wheeler ready for back to back orders during peak hours
- Follow the customer's delivery instructions in the app
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum age 18 years
- PAN card
- Active bank account for weekly payouts
- Working mobile number for OTP verification
- Own bike or scooter for deliveries
