Zepto's Sector-21 team is growing, and new delivery boys can start within days of applying.
The day to day is straightforward: log into the Zepto app, accept orders in and around Sector-21, and complete deliveries within the expected time window. Between orders, the app keeps you updated on the next pickup so there's little downtime. It's a straightforward delivery job for anyone who prefers staying active over sitting still. This delivery boy position covers deliveries within Sector-21 and nearby parts of Gurugram. You will use the Zepto app to track each order, confirm deliveries with customers, and follow the suggested route. Riders who work regular shifts tend to learn the local streets quickly, which speeds up every delivery after that. Pay runs ₹24,000–₹29,000 per month.
Responsibilities
- Check the address twice before you leave
- Greet customers politely at the door
- Head back to dark stores as soon as you're done
- Let support know if your vehicle breaks down
- Let customers know about delays
- Take a short break when you need one
- Keep spare change for cash payments
- Stay calm if a customer is upset

- Own bike/scooter or scooty
