This role covers Zepto's Sector-18 delivery zone in Gurugram. You'll be responsible for timely pickup and drop-off, maintaining good customer interactions, and following safe riding practices throughout your shift. Shifts are flexible, so you can log in and out through the app whenever it suits your schedule. Pay runs ₹20,000–₹26,000 per month.
Responsibilities
- Confirm order details before leaving the pickup point
- Keep delivery gear and vehicle in good working condition
- Maintain professional, courteous communication with customers
- Follow traffic and safety regulations at all times
- Handle order handovers and basic payment collection where applicable
- Deliver orders safely within committed timelines
- Pick up orders from designated dark stores promptly
Eligibility Criteria
- Own bike/scooter or scooty
- PAN card
- Good communication
- Smartphone with internet access
- Willingness to work flexible shifts
- Two-wheeler with valid RC and insurance
